As a Business Analysis Advisor you would be within PNC's Home Lending Servicing organization. As the Business Analysis Advisor you will be supporting technology delivery within Home Lending Servicing systems by coordinating implementation across all downstream servicing platforms, including MSP (system of record) and customer-facing systems such as Online Banking and EDGE. It involves partnering with the Product Owner to define technical requirements and assisting with execution across multiple technical teams within the PNC ecosystem. Unlike a traditional Agile crew, this position manages development efforts across diverse teams and resources, with scope varying by project. Responsibilities include creating and managing change artifacts throughout discovery, definition, and execution phases of product delivery. The role requires driving conversations to clarify requirements, dependencies, and release sequencing with Technology, Product, Line of Business, Risk, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions for business needs. Ultimately, the position advocates for Home Lending profitability, growth, and enhanced customer experience by leveraging technology to deliver value. This role requires the candidate to be an excellent communicator, detail orientated, organized and a self-starter. Strong experience in Microsoft programs (excel, PowerPoint, word), Technology familiarity & presentation experience are highly desired. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives. Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation. Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements. Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting. Requirements

Ability to perform discovery, tech requirement definition, story review, testing script review/sign-off, artifact creation
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support responsibilities
Organization and attention to detail skills; ability to context shift across multiple parallel efforts
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
