About The Position

As the Business Affiliates Intern, you will support the retail and real estate affiliate businesses in the completion of a variety of projects including assist in the support of revenue growth for our affiliates; help streamline and refine processes and procedures; assist in a local downtown real estate project.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or
Have a declared field of study and enrolled full-time in an Associate’s degree program, or equivalency to full-time enrollment when attending a trade school or certification program; or
Have recently graduated with a degree or certification from these programs within the last six months.
Applicants should be seeking a degree or certification in business or a related field.
Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities, new information, and evolving project needs.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete tasks, review information thoroughly, and ensure high-quality work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
PC Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficiency in the use of with social media platforms

Nice To Haves

PC Proficiency in programs within the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with attracting and supporting co‑working clients within affiliate properties.
Support operations, tenant communications, and building needs for the 303 N. Main property and other rental locations.
Engage with rental tenants to understand needs and help identify opportunities for business growth or partnerships.
Support growth initiatives for both retail store and commercial operations.
Participate in operational efficiency projects across real estate entities.
