About The Position

The Business Administrative Associate provides comprehensive administrative support to the Career Services Director and leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the department. This role oversees a wide range of operational functions, including front desk management, staffing, and service delivery. Responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising front desk personnel to maintain a high-quality, student-centered reception experience. The position also manages key departmental processes, maintains essential manuals, documents, and shared resources, and supports ongoing improvements to organizational efficiency. Through proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, the Business Administrative Associate contributes to a well-functioning, collaborative, and service-oriented department environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a field related to the position.
  • Two (2) years (24 months) of full-time or part-time equivalent professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience, with supervisory responsibilities performed as part of that experience.
