The Business Account Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to these customers by providing quotes, contracts, and open account support—all with the goal of building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience, and seeking opportunities that benefit both the customer and the organization. While much of the work is service-driven and relationship-focused, you will also contribute to thoughtful account growth through customer follow-up, outreach, and participation in trade shows and events. This position is primarily in-office, with occasional hybrid days and light travel. It offers a stable, salaried compensation structure with annual bonus and opportunities for professional growth.
