About The Position

WOW! is currently hiring a Business Account Manager! The Business Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing WOW's existing Small Business customer base. Small Business defined as: All accounts not identified as Strategic or Wholesale. Let us tell you about the perks! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business or related study OR 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or as a coordinator
  • Ability to create relationships with internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to present effectively in front of groups both technically and non-technically oriented
  • Must be self-motivated and results-driven, as demonstrated by previous work experience
  • Must possess the ability to analyze and solve problems arising through customer interaction
  • Must possess ability to operate in a team environment

  • Experience with Billing Software Systems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for renewing customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
  • Responsible or assigned to work with indirect customers' accounts
  • Initiate and assist in delivering proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers as it relates to Voice, Data, or other Business Services products
  • Maintain customer satisfaction including Customer Account Bill Reviews, completing a Business Needs Analysis during the renewal process and provide necessary direction to the customer in escalated situations
  • Work effectively with the other WOW! departments to identify why issues have occurred, and communicate our strategic and execution of the solution for the customer
  • Manage, cultivate, and execute the delivery of sales and services to accounts in the WOW! markets
  • Introduce new WOW! products and services to existing customer accounts
  • Appropriate reporting and management of customer accounts as requested
  • All other duties are assigned
