About The Position

POSITION OBJECTIVE: As a Busser in the Grille and you are to provide our guests with an atmosphere of exceptional service and professionalism at all times, in return this will enhance their dining experience. Requirements

  • Food Handlers Permit
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
  • Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
  • Required to be able to reach with hands and arms.

Nice To Haves

  • Six months’ restaurant experience.

  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Possess active listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assists wait staff when needed.
  • Pre bus, clear and resets tables during and at the conclusion of each course according to established standards.
  • Sets up bus station.
  • Makes sure all flatware and glassware are polished.
  • Cooks off bread at the start and during shift.
  • Perform other duties as asked.
