About The Position
As a Busser in the Grille and you are to provide our guests with an atmosphere of exceptional service and professionalism at all times, in return this will enhance their dining experience. Requirements
- Food Handlers Permit
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Six months’ restaurant experience.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Possess active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Assists wait staff when needed.
- Pre bus, clear and resets tables during and at the conclusion of each course according to established standards.
- Sets up bus station.
- Makes sure all flatware and glassware are polished.
- Cooks off bread at the start and during shift.
- Perform other duties as asked.
