Requirements
- Hands-on experience performing maintenance work especially (buses, trucks, or heavy equipment)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who can take on tasks without needing step-by-step guidance
- Tech-savvy enough to use modern diagnostic tools and software
- Reliable, positive, and easy to work with—teamwork is huge here
- Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges as we grow
Responsibilities
- Inspect, and maintain, buses and diesel engines to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake work, tire rotations, and more
- Assist mechanics with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Keep clear records of work completed and parts used
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicles are road-ready and compliant
