Requirements

  • Age: Minimum 18 years old
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Licensing Requirements: Valid Wisconsin driver's license
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. We can provide paid training for the S endorsement if needed!
  • Driving Record: Excellent 5-year driving history with less than 7 points on driving abstract
  • Safety Requirements: Successfully pass drug tests as mandated by federal law
  • Meet insurance underwriter's driving record requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Professional Competencies: Strong customer service skills

  • Training: First aid, defensive driving, safety, and child development (provided)
