Job Summary: Set up, operate efficiently, and maintain Sierra Bullets bullet presses and run two at a time. Checking and verfying quality of parts, accuracy and repairing presses as needed. Mechanical ablity is a must, 90 day training with metrics tied to progression. Essential Functions of the Job (listed in order of importance): Work safety at all times. Strictly adhere to all Company SOPs and policies. Operate assigned production line, on a daily basis, to established standards of quality, and productivity. Resolve production problems in a timely manner in assigned production lines while improving quality and productivity. Provide clear and consistent communication with Master BulletSmiths®, Production Leadpersons, and Production Managers regarding all activity and issues relating to the assigned Production Line. Accurately report all production related information on a timely basis using computer or manual form. Marginal Job Functions: (if applicable) Work closely with individuals at all levels of the company to continuously improve Quality Cost, and Delivery. May be asked to train new bullet LTS.
