Bulk Mixer - Day Shift
About The Position
Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. We are currently looking for a Bulk Mixing Operator on A Shift, 7:00a - 7:00p As of March 1, 2026, we have transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a. This position is responsible for the efficiency of the mixing operation to ensure the proper combination of chemicals and color matching of all compounds is made available to the coating departments. Promote safety by following all safety procedures and practices
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- All candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Work-Keys Assessments Drug Screening Criminal Background Check
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Some computer skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Mix color pigments or pastes according to formula and make necessary adjustments until color matching is verified
- Deliver blended compounds in timely manner to each production line to run efficiently
- Document pick list information, print and attach pigment ticket to pick list
