About The Position

Are you someone who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? If so, we’d love to have you on our team as a Building Services Attendant at the YMCA of Middle TN!

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and spotless space for our members, guests, and staff. From cleaning locker rooms and wet areas to monitoring building safety and handling minor repairs, you’ll help us keep our facilities running smoothly and looking great!

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to serve others
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
• Certifications: We’ll make sure you’re prepared with training in CPR/AED, First Aid, and YMCA safety procedures during your first 30 days.
