The Building Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all building service activities within a school facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment. This includes managing cleaning operations, maintaining grounds, operating building equipment, supervising night staff, and coordinating facility use. The role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving, working closely with the Principal/Building Coordinator and Supervisor of Operations. This is a 12-month, non-exempt position with a salary scale of AFSCME UA, Grade 10-11.
