The Building Permit Technician performs a variety of moderately difficult and varied technical and clerical duties such as review simple construction plans and issue building permit, data entry, record management, and customer assistance duties for the Building Division. The 2026 salary range will be $28.99 to $37.11 per hour ($60,299.20 to $77,188.80 annually). The starting range of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience of each individual candidate.
