POSITION OVERVIEW The Building Performance Analyst will assess the energy performance of early design schemes, analyze daylight, views, and thermal comfort, conduct whole building lifecycle assessments and product embodied carbon comparisons, evaluate photovoltaic feasibility, and create required documentation for LEED and other green building rating system compliance. As an integral member of Kirksey’s design studio, responsibilities will include sustainability and building performance research, post-occupancy evaluations, and training architectural staff on building performance modeling software.
