About The Position

The purpose of this role is to support threat management and emergency response, and to provide the first point of contact for guests. The position required a high degree of customer service for executives, guests, and staff as well as experience managing projects, working in a small team environment, and sensitivity with confidential information and secured spaces. This role is located in Port Aransas, Texas

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience in a security technical support
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• This job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license.
• The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence.
• If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident.
• Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facility Supervisor
• Maintain staff schedules and key administration.
• Maintains surveillance backups of electronic equipment.
• Maintains access control backups, supports incident management, assists in coordinating emergency response, and will be the first point of contact for team members’ guests.
• Inspects fire protection, firefighting, and other safety equipment for proper operations
