About The Position
Laborer- Building materials We are seeking a Building Materials Specialist for clients located in Ennis, Texas for client. Plese see the job requirements and apply bellow. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the construction of outdoor testing decks by performing manual labor tasks. Load and unload materials such as lumber, tools, and equipment. Measure, cut, and assemble deck components under the supervision of the project lead. Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, hammers) safely and efficiently. Ensure the worksite remains organized and free of hazards. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times. Assist with cleanup and disposal of construction waste. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
