Assist all Facilities staff and perform semi-skilled and skilled work involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical maintenance in the alteration, repair, and maintenance of County equipment, buildings, and grounds. Perform preventive, scheduled, and custodial maintenance of the Justice Center grounds and facility. Work also involves snow and ice removal around County buildings. Generally, the hiring range is $39,464-$49,330 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary. Typical work schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm, additional day, evening, weekend and/or holiday hours may be required. Your future is important to us.
