About The Position

This position is responsible for : Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years of experience in handling minor building and maintenance repairs and good skill in the use of hand and power tools,
• any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid State Driver’s License (if required by duties)

Responsibilities

• performs routine groundskeeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape.
• performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work.
• regularly cleans building and sanitizes as necessary.
