About The Position

This position is responsible for: Performs routine repairs and maintenance of Kroc buildings and equipment; performs minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repair work; loads and unloads merchandise as needed; performs grounds keeping work; maintains Kroc vehicles; runs errands.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D required.
• Two years of experience in handling minor repairs and good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
• Any equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Repairs minor plumbing including leaking faucets, clogged drains and toilets.
• Repairs and maintains electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, lights, motors, and other equipment
• Miscellaneous site/building repairs; floors, walls, ceiling tile, site drainage, painting
• Monitors vehicles and performs services; checks fluid levels; checks tires and services frequently
