About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to support our maintenance team in ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate should possess a variety of minor skills in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and flooring.

Requirements

Minor Plumbing Skills
Ability to perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing faucets.
Minor Electrical Skills
Knowledge of basic electrical repairs including changing light fixtures, replacing outlets, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.
Minor Painting Skills
Experience in interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, application, and touch-ups.
Minor Flooring Skills
Familiarity with basic flooring repairs such as replacing tiles, patching carpets, and maintaining hardwood floors.
The job duties require an employee to bend, reach, stoop, stand and/or walk for extended periods.
The job duties require an employee to climb ladders.
The job duties require an employee to lift and/or move heavy objects exerting up to 100 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for medium to heavy work.
Some positions in this job series may be assigned duties that require the use of refrigerant which may require a refrigerant card issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Some positions in this job series are assigned job duties that may require possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the State of California.
