About The Position

Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. The Building Maintenance Technician II position is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of the Club and its premises by completing a variety of routine and preventative maintenance tasks. This position reports directly to the Building Maintenance Manager and works with all other departments at the Club based on their needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 2-5 years of building maintenance or skilled trades is preferred.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift items up to 75lbs for an entire 8-hour shift to complete daily assigned tasks.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with employees, Members, and their guests in a pleasant manner.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Availability at nights and weekends periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, key making, engraving, and electrical duties.
  • Assist Building Maintenance Supervisor with various tasks as required by the needs of the Club.
  • Ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Perform preventative maintenance repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Participate in rotating after hours on call shift.
  • Assist with club events and tournaments.
  • Participate in the ongoing preventive maintenance program.
  • Perform daily cottage checks for Member and guest arrivals.
  • Perform off season cottage inspections and pre-season cottage openings.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
