About The Position

Join the City of Saint Paul's Parks and Recreation Department as a Building Maintenance Supervisor, leading the maintenance and improvement of city facilities, recreation centers, and mechanical systems. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming public spaces for all.

Requirements

• Eight years of progressively responsible experience performing and coordinating building and mechanical systems maintenance, construction, and repair work, including two years as a crew leader or supervisor.
• Two year college degree or equivalent in building construction or building project management
• Licensed in one of the following trades: Electrician, Operating Engineer, Pipefitter, Plumber, Power Limited Technician
• Journey level status as a Carpenter, Mason, Painter, or Trades Laborer
• Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License or equivalent out of state driver's license.
