Requirements
- One year experience with commercial maintenance performing minor electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Electrical maintenance can include rewiring, replacing defective electrical components and receptacles and troubleshooting minor electrical systems.
- Mechanical repairs can include cleaning, servicing, replacing worn parts, adjusting air conditioning units, and repairing tube and trash systems.
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
- Rotating Weekends
