Requirements
- Possess a broad range of skills, akin to a 'master-of-many'
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural problems
- Strong work ethic suitable for the trucking industry
- Comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and hands-on work that may involve getting dirty
Responsibilities
- Fix, clean, build, and maintain all aspects of the facility
- Handle repairs, plumbing fixes, and preventative maintenance
- Keep the shop, office, and yard in top condition
- Respond to unexpected incidents and emergencies
- Perform snow removal using a pickup with plow and front-end loader (training provided)
- Coordinate lawncare
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked and order monthly supplies
