About The Position
Full-Time Custodian (Two-Site Role) Arbors Management, Inc. Locations: Pittsburgh, PA (Perrysville & Crafton Areas) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday Starting Pay: $19-$20 per hour About Arbors Management Join a regional leader in property management. You will be responsible for keeping common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required for travel between sites).
- Proof of Car Insurance.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: You are dependable and take pride in your work.
- Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage your time between two locations.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly.
- Communication: Ability to interact professionally with residents and management.
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Janitorial Duties: Clean and sanitize hallways, entryways, laundry rooms, and community spaces.
- Grounds Upkeep: Maintain the exterior curb appeal by keeping walkways and dumpster areas free of debris.
- Unit Turnovers: Assist the maintenance team by deep-cleaning vacated apartments to prepare them for new residents.
- Safety: Identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the Property Manager.
