As a Building Maintenance Assistant, you will work Monday through Friday, with shifts from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm . You will also be available for on-call duties as needed to support our residents and staff. As a Building Maintenance Assistant, you will arrive ready to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, responding to requests from both residents and staff. You will perform preventative maintenance to help keep the environment safe and clean, making use of all tools, supplies, and equipment provided by The Lodge at Old Trail. You will follow company policies and procedures and ensure you are wearing appropriate PPE for each task. You will move efficiently throughout the community, often standing and walking for long periods, and you will regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Your general tool knowledge and ability to use software and apps will help you keep operations running smoothly as you collaborate with your team and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance and repair experience
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting/drywall repair, and HVAC work
  • General tool and software/app knowledge
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Works well with others in a team setting
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check.
