They are responsible for inspecting building systems at various stages of construction, alteration, and repair to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, ordinances, and laws. They must possess the ability to review, check, and approve building and site plans for conformance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of inspections and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
