Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Building Floor Assistant to support our building operations. This role is critical in maintaining clean and organized workspaces throughout the construction process and assisting with basic building tasks. The perfect candidate will be diligent, safety-aware, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean up in and around buildings during stages of the construction process
• Ensure company premises are free of debris, trash, and miscellaneous items that may spread across the campus
• Assist in the final cleaning of buildings prior to shipment to the end customer.
• Support basic and entry-level building tasks, including moving, organizing, and staging materials
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
