Our suite of specialty analyses helps solve complex design challenges, improves constructability, maximizes energy efficiency, and increases security. We offer a range of services for the full building life cycle to help clients execute ambitious architectural visions. Our consulting services include materials research, specialty analyses, detailed design, engineering and construction support, and glass and façade failure investigations. In the technology-driven cladding industry, innovation comes with the territory. Nearly two-thirds of the facades we design and engineer are based on customized systems that involved unique combinations of materials. The Role We have an opportunity for a Building Envelope Engineer Intern for our Façade Practice. This is for a full-time internship role beginning in summer 2026.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student with a concentration in engineering or architecture.
• Excellent academic record.
• Experience in Revit, Tekla, and AutoCAD is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
• Coordination of design work with in-house staff as we as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
• Preparation of construction documents within a BIM environment.
