Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for an Architect or Engineer to join the Building Enclosure team in our Denver, Colorado office. This position will work with multiple project managers on a broad range of Building Enclosure project types including developing building enclosure designs and forensic evaluation of existing enclosure systems. The position will be responsible for conducting forensic investigations, production of drawings, specifications and development of reports. Creativity and the ability to develop unique approaches to problems encountered during evaluation or design are desired traits. A typical work week can include field investigations, non-destructive testing, hygrothermal analysis, development of reports and repair documents, and construction administration services. Projects will necessitate a balance between in-office design time and on-site evaluation time. Our projects are typically located in the Rocky Mountain Region but can sometimes take us nationally, offering the opportunity to travel. The position allows for interactions with property/facility managers, building owners, and contractors along with opportunities for marketing activities.
