JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY A high-rise system specialist focuses on the design, integration, and maintenance of various systems within high-rise buildings. These systems include HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems including hot water loops, boilers, and BMS systems. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how these systems operate individually and in conjunction with each other to ensure the building’s efficiency, safety, and comfort. The role is responsible for maintaining all building mechanical systems, developing preventive maintenance programs, developing and drilling fire and life safety ensuring that overall building quality is maintained and systems such as elevators and fire alarms are tested successfully and with minimal negative impact on tenants or residents.
