You will ensure system performance meets project requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions to our customers. You will play a key role in providing clear documentation, detailed submittals, and technical guidance to customers, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors. You will also support the commissioning and troubleshooting processes to ensure systems operate as intended. How You Will Do It Design and configure technically complex HVAC and building control systems based on project specifications. Develop flow diagrams, sequences of operation, bills of material, network layouts, and electrical schematics. Create and test software programs to support system performance requirements. Produce accurate drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation teams. Select, order, and track materials needed for assigned projects. Coordinate factory‑mounted equipment and verify alignment with project schedules. Assist with loading and commissioning system and network‑level controllers. Validate complete system functionality and troubleshoot issues with subcontractors and other trades. Provide field change information for the creation of as‑built drawings and updated software. Keep project teams, customers, and management updated on progress, challenges, and solutions. Support owner/operator training on building control systems. Participate in release meetings with field teams to ensure alignment. Perform value engineering to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Provide guidance to Systems Design Assistants as needed. Strictly adhere to safety standards, maintaining a high degree of regard for your own safety and the safety of others.
