Requirements

0-4-years’ experience and a solid understanding of commercial BAS/HVAC equipment maintenance
Experience with electronic systems, troubleshooting, estimating, and dealing with complexity
Good understanding of construction methods
Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks
Strong customer orientation, including the ability to manage expectations and satisfy customers

Nice To Haves

Experience with BMS systems and Building Controls preferred (Schneider EcoStruxure a plus)

Responsibilities

Interpret project requirements, including specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring safety compliance
Support installation activities, including subcontractor supervision, system start-up, commissioning, and customer training
Validate network functionality, provide programming support, and certify system operation with proper documentation
Collaborate with the Project Manager and installation team to coordinate project activities
Participate in design-phase discussions to provide site-specific feedback
Attend on-site construction coordination meetings as needed
Develop and maintain an installation punch list prior to project close-out
