Primary focus is to perform specialty task required for building maintenance and assist contractors. Provide other building maintenance where needed.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Welding and Fabrication (+5 year’s experience)
• Proficient in MIG, Stick and Tig(Stainless and aluminum) welding.
• Pipe fitting
• Route, fabricate and install new sanitary and steam line.
• Certification preferred
• Material inventory
• Operate DAF
• Pump changeouts
• Chemical testing and correction
• Record keeping and insuring permit compliance
• Chemical inventory
• License holder
• HVAC (+2 year’s experience)
• Ammonia system knowledge
• HVAC knowledge
• Install/removals
• Repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Perform good housekeeping practices in all work areas.
• Order and maintain necessary inventory of supplies.
• Assist in other mechanical duties as required.
• Preventive maintenance and work orders
• Confined space entry of tanks and rigging.
• Complete any and all tasks given by department management.
