We are seeking a driven Builder Direct Sales Representative to support and grow relationships within the multi-family construction market. This role focuses on selling cabinetry solutions directly to builders, developers, and general contractors involved in new construction and renovation projects nationwide. Requirements

  • Experience in builder direct sales , construction sales, or building products (cabinetry, millwork, flooring, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the multi-family construction process
  • Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and manage multiple active projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites and customer meetings
  • High level of accountability, follow-through, and personal ownership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage direct relationships with builders, developers, and contractors in the multi-family sector
  • Generate and manage bids for cabinetry packages across a variety of project types (apartments, senior living, mixed-use, renovations, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from bid stage through project completion
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external installation partners to ensure accurate scope, timelines, and execution
  • Conduct regular job site visits to support project progress and address issues proactively
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to manage expectations and resolve challenges quickly
  • Track opportunities, forecasts, and activity through CRM or internal systems
  • Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
