Buick GMC Product, Lot, and Delivery Specialist
About The Position
Job Summary: The GMC Genius supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining GMC technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs lot attendant duties; Takes photos of vehicles for the website; Product demonstration of GMC vehicle features; Answers clients questions regarding GMC products; Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up; Configures vehicle with mobile customizer; Performs test drives as needed; Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties. Requirements
- Valid Driving License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
