Automotive Sales Consultants, or Sales Client Advisors, are responsible for many aspects of the vehicle sales process which includes arranging test drives for customers and matching customers with the right car for their personal needs.

Requirements

  • Valid Driving License
  • Acceptable Driving Record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Greets incoming customers in the showroom and dealership lot
  • Matching customer’s vehicle needs including car features and spending budget
  • Maximizes vehicle unit sales in a professional and ethical manner
  • Performs test drives as needed
  • Initiates post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolves customer concerns or requests
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
