Requirements

3 + years experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer and math skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
Assist customers in selecting the ideal BUICK GMC vehicle to match their needs
Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
Build strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
Collaborate with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on the latest BUICK GMC models, promotions, and financing options
Exceed sales goals and earn rewarding commission while doing what you love
