About our property: Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. - 1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. - Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants. - 200,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. - Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!) - All professional clientele. What you will have an opportunity to do: The buffet Server will work in our marketplace buffet style restaurant. This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest, and will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant front of house. It is important to know that we are tip-free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received. This is a part-time position. $18.80 per hour. Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Likes to smile and talk to people.
Restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required. We will train!
Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification are required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests to take drink orders.
Clear, clean and reset plates, tables and maintain a clean workspace.
Perform side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and more.
Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
