This job posting is for the Budget Manager (Business Manager I) position with the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services (DMHDDSUS)/Business and Financial Operations section. The position will assist the Director of Business & Financial Operations at DMHHDDSUS in all day-to-day budget functions. The Purpose of the Budget Manager (Business Manager I) position is to perform managerial and expert-level professional duties in accounting, budgeting, or finance. This position participates in developing strategies to meet long range goals and objectives. The mission of North Carolina's Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services (NCDMH/DMH/DD/SUS) is to support the well-being of all North Carolinians by building systems and services for mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, substance use, traumatic brain injury, and problem gambling, focusing on equity and access for all, including marginalized groups, to help people live self-directed lives in their communities.
