About The Position

!!!Application Review is planned for January 7-9, 2026. USF will be closed December 22 - January 4, but applications will be accepted during this period. Responsibilities Pull data from various university data systems to provide support for various forecast models, such as tuition revenue, expenses, etc., and ad-hoc analysis in support of University management. Design and implement standard reports and templates to streamline financial management. Maintain existing reports to help different University areas in their financial management, as well as facilitating data collection for BFA for various processes relating to state data submissions or executive decision-making. Support internal staff in completing business processes. This includes reviewing and revising process documentation. Work with technical resources to automate these processes when possible. Provide support for Bulls Budget System to the university community. This includes training, reporting, and other end-user support. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice To Haves

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration & 3 years experience OR Master’s degree & 1 year experience.
