Budget Analyst, Mid The Opportunity : The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. As a budget analyst on our team, you’ll work on a finan cia l management strategy to help the Army succeed. You’ll work with multiple internal offices and stakeholders to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with the organization. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in providing support with government budgets, financial reporting, obligations, and expenditures
  • Experience with government systems, including DTS, GFEBS, Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System ( CCaR )
  • Knowledge of executing Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation ( RDT & E ) , Other Procurement, Army ( OPA ) , and Operations and Maintenance ( OMA ) programs in support of PM I2S funding
  • Ability to assist with day-to-day control and management involving formulation, execution, and analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with providing support in budget , billing, reporting, and finan cia l management for IT initiatives
  • Experience with testing and audits supporting the Joint Reconciliation Program ( JRP ) Dormant Account Review-Quarterly ( DAR-Q )
  • Experience with iDoc reconciliation and processing PRONs in LMP for contracts

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
  • The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
