This role oversees shop resources, materials, and staffing; assigns and directs employees to ensure work is completed in accordance with established standards, quality expectations, and timelines. The Facility Manager proactively communicates project status, issues, and potential delays to senior management, and collaborates across teams to resolve challenges, minimize errors, and ensure on-time delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
