Requirements

  • Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Logistics supply chain, technical fields or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience or internships in similar area.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the reliability of data in the GPDB system.
  • Maintaining effective communication with suppliers and plants.
  • Problem-solving to address issues and challenges in the procurement process.
  • Coordinating with the Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) for the development of new processes.
  • Testing new SAP solutions and enhancements.
  • Rolling out SAP solutions to plants as requested by Integration experts.
  • Following up on logistic demands.
  • Elaborating and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Business Support operations.
  • Creation and maintenance of materials master data and MMSA master data.
  • Extending and maintaining vendors' information and output.
  • Creating and maintaining purchasing info records and source lists.
  • Ensuring alignment with rules, regulations, and policies, and updating them as required.
  • Registering new vendors and requesting necessary documentation from them.
  • Creating and maintaining sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Inputting data into the GPDB system, including incoterms, prices, units of measure, and minimum order quantities.
  • Creating and maintaining purchase orders in SAP.
  • Creating and managing master data and prices for indirect materials.
  • Creating and maintaining suppliers/vendor master data.
  • Resolving blocked invoices by coordinating with stakeholders like requestors, finance, Conduent, and suppliers.
  • Reviewing blocked or parked invoices.
  • Proactively checking all received invoices to ensure they are ready for payment.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in SAP master data management through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in SAP systems and data management.
  • Seek opportunities to mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align master data management strategies with the overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in SAP master data management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and benchmark performance against industry standards to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, such as automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements, to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, ideas, and suggestions from team members, and implementing effective change management strategies.
