About The Position
Brunch Server Husk (Nashville, TN) Join Our Growing, Hospitality-Driven Team! Husk is seeking confident, engaging, and knowledgeable Brunch Servers to join our team! About Us: Located in the heart of downtown Music City , Husk celebrates the rich history and evolution of Southern cuisine. Our ingredient-driven menu begins with the rediscovery of heirloom products and local traditions, redefining what it means to cookand eatin Nashville. Who We're Looking For: Were seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment. In this position, you have the opportunity to have a competitive hourly rate plus great tips. Pay rates and ranges listed are averages INCLUDING tips and fluctuate with business levels. Pay rates and ranges are not guaranteed and tips are given at the sole discretion of our guests.
Requirements
- Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining
- Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
- Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
