About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Brunch Cook to join our restaurant and bar team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, brings a strong sense of urgency to service, and takes pride in executing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes. This position is especially suited for cooks with high-volume brunch experience, including confidence working a short-order egg station and managing busy service periods with speed and consistency. Weekend availability is required. The Role Prepare fresh ingredients and menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards Cook brunch and breakfast dishes accurately and efficiently during high-volume service Execute short-order items, including eggs and breakfast staples, with speed and consistency Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and temperature of all food items Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas Monitor food quality, rotate stock, and ensure freshness of ingredients Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and urgency Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to ensure the kitchen is prepared for service Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume breakfast or brunch kitchen preferred
  • Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate
  • Strong short-order cooking skills, including egg station experience
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
