Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide brokerage coverage to ensure uninterrupted freight movement and service continuity.
Respond to incoming calls and electronic communications from customers, carriers, and teams.
Coordinate routed, on-demand, accessorial, and special freight orders according to standards.
Evaluate load feasibility considering capacity, equipment, and customer expectations.
Secure and assign third-party carrier capacity while monitoring load execution.
Track load acceptance, transit progress, and resolve freight issues as needed.
Monitor service delays and take corrective actions if shipments deviate from the plan.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and service expectations.
