About You: As a Brokerage and Marketing Coordinator ( internally Senior Client Services Coordinator ), you're delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to an assigned broker team. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to a Healthcare Advisory Services team.

Requirements

2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

Responsibilities

Create OMs, BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, mostly in Adobe InDesign.
Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.
Create eblasts and social media posts.
Maintain a critical dates calendar.
Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
Manage brokers bios, coordinate client gifts and team expense reimbursements and third-party invoicing, schedule/host team/client meetings.
Enter closed deals for invoicing, track commission payments.
Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.
