The Brokerage Admin. provides comprehensive administrative support within a commercial real estate brokerage environment. This position is responsible for facilitating transactional processes related to property listings and sales, supporting onboarding and training efforts, and executing various administrative and marketing tasks that contribute to the success of the office.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of administrative experience (preferred, but not required).
  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Friendly and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated interest in adopting new software tools and exploring technical solutions to enhance office efficiency and workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in real estate is helpful.
  • Background in banking, finance, or legal office environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Process new listings and legal documents, including proofing and editing marketing packages for superior quality and use of grammar.
  • Assist with the processing of sold and closed transactions as needed.
  • Stay current with company applications, software tools, and policies relevant to Agents and Assistants; identify and coordinate training opportunities when appropriate.
  • Create professional marketing and reporting materials
  • Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, proposal binding, and print production.
  • Front desk and telephone responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory management, maintaining office equipment, and general troubleshooting.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
